For our head office in Passau, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Online Marketing / SEO / SEA and Social Media Manager (m/f/d). With our special equipment, we are represented throughout Europe and are actively involved in shaping the largest infrastructure projects of the future decades. As part of our workshop and phone support teams, you will be an important part of keeping our customers‘ projects running smoothly.
What is my area of responsibility?
- Contact person for the websites and responsibility for website projects
- Marketing for all business areas
- SEO for the company websites
- Development of concepts for ongoing SEO optimisation
- Coordination and responsibility for external SEO and advertising agencies
- Copywriting and planning (SEO)
- Conception and planning of new landing pages in cooperation with a web developer
- Establishing and managing a marketing team
- Support and optimisation Google Ads and Bing
- Strengthen social media presence
- Establishing a wide-reaching Facebook account
- Professional creation of an Instagram account
- Further strengthen presence on Linkedin and build up Xing account
- Publishing posts on our social media channels
- Launch of a Youtube channel for machine presentation
- All activities in the context of office work
What should I bring?
- Completed training or studies in the fields of media, communication, information technology, business administration or marketing
- Many years of experience in the areas of SEO and SEA either in the agency, in-house or media sector
- Experience with digital and SEO tools
- Excel and Analytics are old acquaintances for you and you have no problems dealing with them
- Other analysis tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console) are nothing new for you.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Bing for independent implementation, optimisation and control of campaigns
- Very good German and English language skills
- Your way of working is independent and results-oriented.
- Analytical thinking, a quick grasp and a high willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills to lead staff and external agencies
- Negotiating skills and a knack for numbers
